ARE THESE DEGREES ACCREDITED?
Northwest University offers the highest level of accreditation possible in the United States. Through our partnership with Northwest, students earn college credits toward AA and BA degrees that can be completed at City Light Church, at Northwest University, or even transferred to other public and private colleges or universities.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CERTIFICATE AND DEGREE PROGRAM?
Both programs have the same experience, however degree seeking students will be taking fully accredited courses through Northwest University.
WHAT AREAS CAN I COMPLETE MY PRACTICUM IN?
Administration, Creative, eGroups, eTeams, Events, Kids, Missions, Next Steps, Pastoral Leadership, Production, Students and Worship
WHAT ADDITIONAL ITEMS WILL I NEED?
All students are required to have their own personal laptop and mode of transportation.
HOW DO I APPLY?

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
The time commitment varies by program, but you can expect to commit 25-30 hours/ week.
WILL FINANCIAL AID BE AVAILABLE?
All degree seeking students tuition costs are eligible for federal financial aid (loans and grants).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DAY AND EVENING PROGRAM?
The day program is geared towards 18 to 25 year olds looking for a full college experience, while the evening program is built for working adults.
WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK DOES THE PROGRAM MEET?
Days vary between day and evening program; however, all students will attend the weekly Tuesday evening core ministry leadership classes from 7:00PM to 9:00PM and serve at least once over the weekend and every 1st Wednesday during the semester.
WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE?
